Capital Health Primary Care – Bordentown

Had appointment at 6:40pm Monday, arrived on time and was informed by security officer at the desk that the primary care office was closed and had been closed since 4pm. Did not receive call, email or any other form of communication about the practice being closed early.

I had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and so nice. Dr. Berk… he’s absolutely outstanding. He listened to me and let me cry about what was going on and him and I came up with a solution. He’s very thorough and his manners are wonderful. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. He’s quick to share results on the portal and didn’t hesitate to make sure I was comfortable before anything was done. I will recommend him to every woman that’s looking for an amazing Dr!

I've been a patient.for.over 15 years and you can never get an appt with yout PCP the woman at the reception never helps you out in trying to get to see your PCP you get better help at an urgent care. I have to go again and try to get an appointment but I am sure they won't have an appointment for me to address my health. concerns and I will probably be referred to the capital.health in Robbinsville. That's where I have been getting appointments instead. Why bother having a practice in Bordentown if you need 6 months in advance to be available to have an appointment. Real bad service ny the staff specially the front desk

I've been a patient with Primary Care Bordentown for over 10 years. Since they expanded and moved to the bigger facility it has changed the level of care offered. They do not pay attention to detail as a practice. They called me repeatedly to "follow up" on my ER visit, which sounds nice except I went to the ER to have a baby, so they clearly didn't actually read the records. However, now I can't get an appointment with my PCP for more than 6 months, and I can't get a specialist appointment until I see my PCP. So what is the point? I'm really disappointed in the negligence and now have to shop for a new doctor.

You’re better off going to urgent care. It’s hard to get appointments here. You want a physical? It’s a 6+ month wait. Sick? Injured? It’s a month wait to see your primary. It’s a two week wait to see someone else. If you’re 5 minutes late, they cancel your appointment and you need to reschedule.. which is also months away… Also, I can see why healthcare costs are going up so much. Enjoy the metal detector and three security guards…
