Dr. Shaw is amazing. He cares about his patients I recommend this doctor. He is professional and on top of things. Thanks Dr. Shaw. First practice I have felt the process was easy he understood my concerns and assisted what was needed for my care.

I can honestly say this is the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to and I’m only 24. To get a call back from them is always a struggle, they are lackadaisical and rude staff. When I called about me vomiting blood I was called back 2 days later and told to take a cough drop, not even sure if she was a real nurse and she questioned 3 times if I was taking my medications, and all three times the answer was yes. For a year I was diagnosed as having cyclic vomiting syndrome and at my last appointment that diagnosis was all of a sudden changed to IBD yet they increased the medication dosage for the CVS, I was told to get a gastric emptying test and it was scheduled for 3 months with the radiology place contacting them to send approval to my insurance which they never did. Was so worried after reading some of the bad reviews, but they must have been reading them, because I had a great first appointment. Was seen in 5 minutes, then saw Dr. Shaw in a few minutes after that. He was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. Whatever issues they may have had, they sorted it out and I would highly recommend them!

To have a new patient appt today with the gastro and things did not go as planned. To be greeted by the front desk which was fine. No issues. When I get to the medical assistant that's when things went left. She didn't listen to anything I was telling her. She was cutting me off. None of my information was in the chart.i was still filling out the registration form.You don't know anything about me. How are you doing the intake and have a complete attuide. I told her she needs to stop and listen to what im saying. She asked me how do i know if i have a problem with gallbladder. When i tried to explain she cut me off. Was the ultrasound in the chart. She stated she needed to get the doctor in. Then she goes to take bp and yes it was high. Because were going back and fourth. I asked for

Inept front-end staff. Finally saw nurse practitioner one full hour after my appointment time. No one explained or apologized and NP said it was because she was “looking over my records.” Not one of these three staff ever deemed me worth telling why I had to wait an hour past my appointment time—my own time is apparently of no importance and my displeasure meant not a whit to any of them. I’d rather croak of whatever malady I may or not have than ever visit these clueless flounderers ever again. 😡
