Capital Health Cardiology Specialists – Pheasant Run

Super nice people here. They definitely care about their patients. I’ve had a great first appointment and I’m looking forward to returning for further procedures. Once I got into the doctor’s office the service was pretty quick and I enjoyed both the assistant and the cardiologist. I do have to say though, I waited for an hour and a half for my appointment which was ridiculous.

I have nothing but good experience with CH Cardiology in Newtown. Their routine checks and care have been great.

I went in to this facility after waiting for a month for an appointment and had a nuclear stress test. The test seemed to go fine. The lady at the front desk was a bit unfriendly but other that that the staff seemed good and after 4 hours I was done. My test was ordered because my doctor saw something that concerned him on my ekg. My test was on 11/21/22. I have made numerous phone calls to my doctors office and this testing office as I have not received any results. Today is day number 16 and when I called this office today and exerted a little bit of pressure to them they looked for 20 minutes and could not find my results or even that I was there for a test. After some more waiting someone else "found" the results and said they will be sent over to my doctors office. I told them

Received a very unpleasant call from Tammy. I would never refer or go to this facility. Tammy was very "Rude" Where is the patient care. She should absolutely Not be in the medical field. The medical field is for a special & unique kind of person. Her outlook on patient care is awful. What Tammy may think is not so important to her, is very important to the person going through it! Tammy your the worst! There's no training for a person like her. If it were her family member maybe she would be more caring & considerate for others! Tammy You're The Worst!!!

This health practice is VERY unprofessional and only cares about getting money from your health insurance. The office staff is rude, ignorant and have no idea how to speak with patients. Some don’t even greet you when you come into the office; they just stare at you like you’re inconveniencing them from being on their cell phone or gossiping at the front desk. Every time I spoke with someone there, they always had an attitude, tried to talk down to me, and on a few occasions…hung up on me while trying to schedule an appointment. Some of the doctors there are just as unprofessional as their office staff. Dr. Laura(Dr. Kopple’s LN) for example never returns my calls and wants to blame my pharmacy for not giving me information concerning my medication that she should give me as a “medical pr
