Newtown Dentistry for Adults

I’m so happy I found Newtown Dentistry. The office is lovely and every single employee I have interacted with is warm, caring, and professional. I scheduled a procedure that I had been putting off and was very nervous about. I called the office a week before the procedure to ask questions and all of a sudden I became very emotional and scared of having it done. I was on the phone with an employee named Karen who was the most wonderful and reassuring person I could have spoken to. She truly listened to my fears and made me feel safe and calm. A week later I had the procedure, the doctor and dental assistant took such good care of me and Karen even walked over during the procedure to make sure I was ok. What a team!! I can’t say enough about this establishment. I get quality care with all the latest in technology. The staff are kind and caring. And they put so much thought and care into the atmosphere to create a relaxing joyful place. I actually look forward to my visits.

Dr. Maggie, Karen and Michelle are awesome, and everyone I've interacted with at the front desk has been great. I'm so glad I've made the switch to this practice. It was recommended by a dear friend who is a former hygienist in Philly, and she didn't steer me wrong!

Update: This is a great dentistry After I was able to get ahold of the dentistry, Dr. Maggie was able to quickly re-apply my temporary crown. Friendly staff, and nice environment, but my temporary crown came off and I've been trying to call them but they are not answering. It's 1pm on a Friday (not a holiday) and I'm in a bit of pain. I have left messages, ect., and I followed their instructions, yet my temporary crown came loose and I don't have a lot of options here.

People laugh when I say I’m excited to go to the dentist, but it’s true. Dr. Maggie and her team are absolutely fantastic. They genuinely care, they take their time, and you never feel rushed or like you’re just another appointment on the schedule. One thing I really appreciate is how they approach dental care as a partnership. They let you know everything you need to do to keep your teeth healthy between visits. When you stay on top of things at home, the whole experience is easy and completely stress-free. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and every visit feels more like stopping in to see friends who just happen to be experts at keeping your smile in great shape. It doesn’t feel like “going to the dentist” at all, it feels like being cared for by people who truly love what they do.
