Highly recommend. Doctors and staff are all true professionals and will take excellent care of you. My family and I have been coming here for decades (I thought I’d already written this review!). I continue to receive my eye care here biannually even though I live abroad. Easy time getting glasses and contacts at fair prices. Nice vibes in the office - you’ll feel relaxed and welcome. First, I love the new location! Second, my appointment was so quick and easy. I was glad I received an email reminder upon the 1 year mark, and easily made and appointment via phone. When I arrived, I was met at the door by an employee who took my temperature & gave me my chart to review. Everyone had on masks & it was required throughout the visit. The waiting room floor is super spacious -- so even though there was another patient I didn't feel clustered. Once I finished my chart, the doctor came and did my exams! I did not have Dr. Bergvall this time, and I did not catch the Dr.s name. But he was great! Made the time fly by with his great personality. I think I did 3 or 4 different tests, however I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!

As a long-time patient, I can honestly say that they provide an exceptional experience every time. Joann, Tameka and Dr. Harold are friendly, accommodating and professional, always making you feel comfortable and taken care. I highly recommend.

Dr. Bergvall is kind, patient, and attentive. She expresses a high level of emotional intelligence, and her active listening skills are top notch. I felt heard and cared for. The space here is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Everyone was very polite and prompt. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase new glasses or extra exams. Contacts were delivered straight to my home quickly. Lovely experience.

I am from out of town and working here temporarily so this was a great experience for me considering I had no idea where to go. The doctor took her time with my exam and was very thorough. She answered all of my questions and concerns. The staff at the desk were friendly and knowledgeable as well. Appreciate the help picking out glasses. I consider myself picky when it comes to deciding on a new pair of frames and this place has a very nice selection of quality frames. Of course I decided on the “bling”. Very happy with my experience and can’t wait to get my new glasses.
