The staff And doctors were very kind and courteous and very caring -They all get five stars. I was asked to come in for a pre-procedure meeting, which ended up being a waste of time and money. Even the attending doctor said She thought it was unusual that I was asked to come in. After the actual procedure, I did, however, feel very rushed being asked to vacate the bed while still feeling very dizzy after my procedure and hearing in the background that they needed the bed for the next patient. I suspect that’s a decision made by management to keep the place profitable or maybe the staff just wanted an early finish to the day. Either way, It was not appreciated.

During my scheduled appointment, was greeted by an office manager who provided me with info regarding completion of necessary paperwork then I waited to see other staff members who took part in assisting with my office visit. The staff was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions regarding my anticipated upcoming procedure. I was very pleased with my office visit; I found the atmosphere of the employees friendly and helpful.

Dr. Lisa Odabasi is one of best physicians in have ever met. She provides excellent care, involves you in your care, doesn't act l8ke she knows everything and will refer you to a physician who can help you find answers. I would highly recommend her.

From the Beginning to the end the Service was Great!!. The physician had a Great sense of Humor and the Assistant handle my needs with Care. Lastly the Followup call was pleasing to hear that I had no issues which is a Blessing. See you in 7 years

Great experience. Front desk staff very helpful. Medical staff in back top notch. No one likes the colonoscopy prep but if you have to get one, this is the place. Will be back. In three years if all goes well.
