Capeta Speech Therapy

Amy did a wonderful job connecting with my 10 year old son. He had some very noticeable issues with his R sounds along with some other more minor things. He had been to other speech therapy before that I’d say wasn’t successful due to his strong personality paired with his age and just not being excited about speech. Amy was so great befriending my son and winning him over to doing the work and taking ownership of his speech. In about a year’s time what I thought would take a lot longer to correct is resolved! Thanks Amy!!!

We just finished our son’s first summer session with Amy and we couldn’t be more pleased with the progress he has made during his time with her. Amy is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. Her passion for what she does truly shines through in her sessions spent with our kiddo. Our experience has been wonderful and we are going to miss our weekly visits with Amy!

Amy had been the best thing for our family to support our child’s speech. She specializes in motor speech and speech sound disorders. This is what our son needed to make progress. She is always flexible with her sessions by following our son’s lead and bringing in activities of his current interests. We highly recommend Amy.

We had such a great experience with Miss Amy. My son was flagged for some early speech issues at his Kindergarten screening and it was recommended that he have summer intervention to jump start his speech prior to starting school. Miss Amy’s evaluation of him was comprehensive and her treatment plan was thoughtful for his needs. Her therapy space is very clean, professional, and inviting. Session scheduling was also effective for our busy schedules. We were given adequate at home tools to work on between sessions that aided in our parental work at home. I highly recommend Capeta Speech Therapy for anyone looking for early intervention.

Mrs. Amy is the BEST! Our son has grown TREMENDOUSLY! She takes time to explain what was covered and how we can keep working on it at home. She truly cares about our child! We absolutely love her. I would HIGHLY recommend Mrs. Amy to anyone!
