Cape Cod Healthcare Urgent Care - Falmouth

This review is specifically for the doctor assigned to my case this morning around 8:30 am. Nurse Jackie was kind, and the receptionist was super nice. The doctor today was Mark Losordo, and I don’t know what his issue with me was. I was courteous, respectful, and polite the entire time. Dr. Losordo was entirely dismissive. He did not look me in the eyes once while taking my medical history, during the exam itself, or at all. He was actually staring at the wall behind my head, which made me feel uncomfortable. I went there for testing for an Upper Respiratory Infection. If he looked at my chart at all, it must have been the briefest glance ever. I have a history of severe sinusitis, rhinitis, and otitis. So forgive me for seeking medical advice to make sure I did not need further treatment

Seen quickly, diagnosed efficiently. Dr was helpful, prescribed abx and I was out in 25 minutes. Staff all helpful, care was excellent.

The care from the front desk to xray was outstanding. I have not ever had a poor experience. there. Thank you, Brittany Whiting for your profesisonal care.

Don't bother with this place. 9 times out of 10 they will just tell you to go the ER. They're lazy and will treat you like a street junkie looking for a quick fix. Would give zero stars if I could. Zero compassion from anyone I've interacted with there.

The older nurse in the Building was absolutely horrible . All she did was complain about having to rush and how she is the only nurse on staff. She then proceeded to talk about all the patients including my 11 year old son while she was at the desks .. The doors are very thin and we could hear every last word, including her laugh at his test results with the other staff members . Perhaps she should have retired 20 years ago and we would have had a better experience.
