I started working with Stephanie 7 months ago at a time when I was barely able to walk due to several pelvic and back fractures and had to use a cane. Stephanie constantly re-evaluated my status and adjusted my therapy to address each issue. She worked to improve my muscle strength, flexibility, and balance and provided home exercises throughout the process. I hoped to be able to get to a point where I could at least go grocery shopping and maybe take a short walk on the beach again. I set up a bike fit appointment with Dr. Stephanie about a week before the Pan Mass Challenge. Prior, I was having lower quad pain on longer rides. Dr. Stephanie was able to re-adjust the settings on my bike (seat height, position, reach, shoe clip adjustments) and I have been pain free ever since!
