I am extremely upset with this office. They cut off my marketplace insurance without properly informing me, yet still allowed me to schedule and keep an appointment. I left work — losing time and money — to show up, only to find out there was an issue that should have been clearly communicated beforehand. This is completely unprofessional. Patients rely on accurate information from their doctor’s office, especially when it comes to insurance and billing. If my insurance was no longer accepted, I should have been told before the appointment was confirmed — not after I rearranged my work schedule. This kind of disorganization shows a serious lack of respect for patients’ time and livelihoods. Do better.

Great team! My family has been seeing Dr.L and Angie for over 8 years. Three years ago during a routine visit, Dr.L heard a murmur in my son (13) years old, at the time. He acted immediately, placed my son with specialists and restricted him from all activity. Advised he believed my son had hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. After months of testing and now a main campus Cleveland Clinic patient. Dr. L was right on! This duo and office will ALWAYS have a place in my heart. So patient, so kind; I consider them extended family.

Dr Lupisan and staff are awesome , you can really tell he cares about bettering peoples health in every way possible. Many other doctors will just prescribe you something without looking much into what your body needs and send you on your way. He had me do a pretty intricate blood lab test that showed what I could be doing better and what my actual issues were, everyone there just actually cares and that is quite evident.

I have been going to Dr. Kerwin Lupisan for several years and I have also seen Dr. Maria Lupisan & I think both of them are great & they're always very compassionate & listen to what I have to say even if it's just my annual appointment, I wouldn't go anywhere else

Our family will not go to another doctor! Dr. Lupisan and his staff have always been amazing since he started his practice. Any concerns they are always addressed and taken care of. If you want a caring and supportive practice to go to this is the one!
