Dr. Emily Lin and the hygienists there are knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, and thorough. Dr. Maggie O’Connell couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t stop for a conversation with me about dental concerns. Had the hygienist report back her findings. Left the room without saying anything so I was talking to myself and never reappeared. Totally dismissive and resulted in losing a patient today.

Always love my experience at Canton Dental (especially when I’m nervous about going to the dentist!). Dr Lin and Dr OConell are amazing. Love my dental hygienist, Jayne McGraw!!! Excellent office staff for scheduling appointments and dealing with dental insurance. Book your appointment!!!

This was my first time at Canton Dental and I found the staff to be professional knowledgeable and very dedicated to patient's comfort and needs. Brandi gave me an excellent cleaning and Doctor O'Connell made a very positive impression on me. Although I don't remember the names of all the other people I was in contact with everyone impressed me. On my return visit, it was the same. Excellent service, care and responsive to patient's questions and concerns. This place is a gem!

All of the people who help me during my appointment are so pleasant, competent, good at communicating, and quite simply "top shelf" in every way. I'm not a great dental patient...kind of high anxiety when it comes to dental. The word that best describes me at pretty much any point during my visit and after I leave the practice is "Grateful!".....2 words: "VERY Grateful!!" Thank you, CDA.

I moved out of town for much of the past four years, but when in Baltimore yesterday, I called with a problem. Dr Lin saw me that same day. Dr Lin and her dental assistant are superb! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you.
