This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. I had an 11:30 a.m. appointment, but I wasn’t seen until 1:20 p.m. — almost two hours later. When I was finally taken in, the assistant only brushed my teeth and removed some plaque. When I asked about flossing and the other usual cleaning steps I’ve received at other dental offices, I was told that those services are considered “deep cleaning.” I have never experienced that before at any other dentist. I then asked to speak with the lead doctor. She did address my concerns and told the assistant to complete the cleaning; however, her attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This was my first visit here after aging out of my parent’s insurance. I had been with my previous dentist for over 15 years, so I value thorough care and consistency. I arrived 20 minutes early but was not seen until 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. The scraping was minimal, my gums were nicked a couple of times, and my permanent retainer was not cleaned at all which has never happened before in the 13 years I’ve had it. While I appreciated being able to get an appointment the day after calling, the quality of care did not meet my expectations. I will be seeking another provider.

My Dental Hygenist Paula was very gental and comforting. She checked several times to make sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend this office. Even though very busy everyone is kind and professional.
