Terrible receptionist. There's only the one. Asked me what the PT was for, I answered. Told me to get a referral faxed, I got the referral faxed. Still hadn't heard anything after a week, so I called. Turns out they had the referral and were just ignoring it. Then she tells me they can't see me for that type of PT, and it's my fault for not explaining what it was.
