Camino Dental Group - Dr. Sheila Tan & Dr. Brian Tang

Dr Sheila did great work for my teeth 20 years ago. I moved around (to east bay, San Ramon …) after that so have to see other drs. Now I am back with her again! Hope that says all. Just got my deep cleaning done today. Cannot be happier. She and her assistant were so thorough and considerate. Their office is the cleanest, and very modern too. I strongly recommend them.

I would give this dental office 0 stars if Google allowed it. We had a teeth cleaning appointment scheduled for 1 PM last Friday, but when we arrived, the office was completely closed. We called, and someone texted us back, claiming they were busy with another patient. However, the truth is, there was no one in the office at all—they didn’t even realize we were outside when we called. To make matters worse, today they called and said they had notified us on March 10th that the appointment was canceled. That is simply not true—no one ever called or left a message. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they chose to lie to cover it up. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this place if you value your time and honesty from your healthcare providers.

Camino Dental group had been using badly, poor x-ray machine to make money for many years. Their dental assistance and other patients had warned them many times about their defective x-ray machine. But they refused to upgrade or bought a good one, because that was the way to make lots of money. Camino Dental group finally decide to buy a better x-ray machine around 2021 only after one of the co-owner, Dr. Brian, has finally got his license to become an implant surgeon in his fifties. They moved their office to the new location in Sunnyvale where there are lots of dental office nearby, in the hope that they would get lots of referral fro

EC Dental has been my dentist for a few years now and once again they did a world class job fixing up one of my teeth - replaced a cracked veneer - looks better than it ever did and yet it matches up fine with my other teeth. This team - Dr. Tan and her assistant - take the time to get the job done perfectly every time and with pretty minimum discomfort on my end. Receptionist always friendly and efficient and there is never a wait more than 5 minutes. Lovely new facilities too.

I always smile walking into Camino Dental Group knowing my teeth are in the best care . I have been seeing Dr. Brain, Dr. Sheila, and the whole staff for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. They are so caring and mostly available when I have an emergency. Dr Sheila is very honest, gentle, and caring with her patients. I especially never feel it when she gives me an injection for my fillings. She talks you through every procedure and wants you to be as comfortable as possible. You really get to build a bond with their staff also. I have recommended many people to Dr. Brian for implants as well. I will continue to see them for all my dental needs.
