Cambridge Village

Although my mom misses the comfort and familiarity of her home, she is satisfied with the care she’s receiving at Cambridge Village. The staff have made a difference in her experience, providing attentive, compassionate support and always treating her with kindness and respect. Their genuine concern has helped her feel welcomed and cared for, making the transition smoother despite her feelings of homesickness. During my most recent holiday visit with my mom, I was impressed by the staff’s attentiveness, the quality of the meals, and the cleanliness of the facility. Living out of town, I find the social media posts reassuring.

This place is a joke. They over promise and under deliver. They never return your phone calls. My mother passed away while a resident. They say they have up to 30 days to issue a refund. Currently at day 38 and still no check. The funny thing is if you don't pay them by the due date they charge a $150 late fee.....so do you think it works both ways???? I am sure not..... Please if you are looking for a place for your loved one don't believe everything they tell you about the care because it is not true.

My Mother was a resident at Cambridge Village for 17 months before she passed last week. I truly believe the staff was committed to the best welfare of their residents. From the front desk to the main administrators we never had a bad encounter, everyone was professional, caring, patient and loving to Mom. Every staff member that helped with her care was wonderful. If your in need for a great assisted living place call Sandy she'll take great care of you and get your loved one all set up. Dad had to move to an assisted living facility after his long stay in the hospital. He decided to be on hospice, and we found a place that worked with the hospice he chose. Dad was unhappy there, and my siblings and I were also unhappy with the poor care he received. We began a search for a place where he would be comfortable and feel safe, insisting Dad come with us to see what he thought since he is the person living there. We made an appointment to visit Cambridge Village. Sandy took us on a tour, and she explained everything. Her professionalism and, more importantly, her kindness impressed us very much. Our mom went into Cambridge Village 18 months ago. We had been searching for a place for mom, for about 6 months. We took many , tours and talked to a lot of people before we talked to Sandy. She answered all our questions about our concerns, then we decided on C.V. And we have not been disappointed. The place is always clean. Kelly the activities director is great. There are many activities available everyday. Including spiritual, thay have different services depending on your preference. And residents are encouraged to participate. Even family is encouraged to join in if you wish. Staff is friendly and knows everyone by name. Always willing to help residents or family. I love that I can visit anytime. No set visiting hours.
