My MIL has been at this facility for almost 5 years. The nursing and aids are some of the kindest people I have ever met. The kitchen does well with what they are given (sorry guys, I know it's rough.) The facility itself is very clean and maintenance acts quickly to rectify issues. Some things slip through the cracks, but a little kindness and persistence tends to solve most issues. I have never actually met the doctor, but the physicians assistant is very kind and works quickly to solve issues. Nicole in scheduling makes my life so much easier when it comes to outside appointments. The company has changed a few times over the years, chaos follows, but these people keep persevering despite their trials. Thank you all.

I honestly do not even want to give this place a 1 star rating. This was the MOST disgusting place I have ever stayed. My first night there I slept on a mattress of someone else’s piss. My second night there they moved me to a different bed. All I did was lay in bed or sit up in bed and use the restroom. If you really care for your loved one, you will not use this facility. Hi, discharged myself the third morning waiting to be picked up by my boyfriend. I took a picture of their sign which doesn’t even state what they are called? The second is a picture of my breakfast one morning. A cold sausage patty and a hard boiled egg. They really go above and beyond not at all.

Our dad is currently a resident here and we are very happy with the care he is getting from the nurses to the aids to the janitorial and the kitchen staff, we are pleased.

My husband was there for - less than 30 minutes. He'd had both knees done and was sent for rehab. No help getting hubby out of the car, though under duress, had loaned me a patient's wheelchair-they had none - and sent an aid to safeguard the wheelchair, not to help. Upon being shown his room, was told there was no help getting him into "bed" - which wasn't a bed, but was a guerney of some sort. High and narrow, not adjustable with no sides. We left. Same aid escorted us to the car to protect the wheelchair. Hubby came home.

This place is definitely dated and the workers are unprofessional. On day one I got a bad taste in my mouth as we sat there for hours just waiting to get my grandpas admission paperwork filled out. Medic Rescue brought him in and no one really even cared to check on him. They weren’t going to give him dinner until I asked For food for him. With in the first week I had To continually tell them that they were giving his medication wrong. After this first week i began a search for a new facility with an open bed (as we only came here because this was our only choice) His second week there they went into quarantine for the flu then the pandemic. They were terrible about updating families about the patient and when i called they seemed like I was a bother when asking how he was doing. They nev
