Have been a patient for years . Lately they don't even answer the phone . So many times I called and was on hold for more the 10 minutes without been able to talk with someone . Some of the times I have to go physically there to set up an appointment or ask a question. Feels like a 3rd world country system.

I'm a patient for years , the system that they have to schedule or reschedule an appointment, it will take you all your time from automatic machine to crazy system from one to an other finish by returning again to automatic system , even when you talk to someone they will send you ( after you give them all information they need) to an other system
