The audiologist was very knowledgeable on the products and hearing and tinnitus she described all sorts of things and made some sense. She seems to really care. The whole office is very nice and kind. They understand their clientele I recommend him.

I showed Up for my appointment at the wrong location. “No problem!” they said. They were so thorough and helpful and sent me home all fixed up with extra supplies and handwritten notes to help me when I do regular at home maintenance. I could not have had a better experience. I walked out with a huge smile on my face; you will too!

Dr Mainord is very knowledgeable and he makes it easy to understand what the problem is and the best choices to work with. All the people working there are great! Calvert Hearing Center is a great choice!

They were very professional and thorough in testing and assessing my hearing needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and recommended the best solution to improve my hearing. Excellent experience from start to finish!

The front desk staff was tremendously sweet and easy to talk to. I loved the Dr. although I was super nervous and talking her head off about none sense she really made me feel comfortable. I honestly didn’t think I would be leaving with the results of needing hearing aids but the Dr was so warm and friendly and claiming. She made the experience so much better than I expected.. I hate being in small closed in areas but her voice is so calming and relaxing. She doesn’t treat you like a patient with a disability but makes you feel like this minor set back in life is just a little speed bump that you’ll get over with a little help. I could go on for days but I’ll end this review with saying “10 out of 10”!!!!
