California Urgent Care Center Lodi

I brought my 7-month-old son in on the 10th at 7:50pm for a persistent 102° fever and cough. We recently moved to Lodi and were told this location accepts pediatric patients and our insurance. From the start, the front desk staff was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked to confirm insurance before checking in, I was told it was “either that or out of pocket” and directed to a QR code. The kiosk check-in process was unclear, and when I tried to confirm we were properly checked in, I was abruptly told, “you’re good.” We were called back at 9:10pm. A staff member took basic information, and at 9:12pm my son was swabbed for testing. We then waited in the exam room until 9:48pm to be seen by the provider. Normally would never write a review but experience was so awful I had to leave an honest review the girls at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional one of them took my id for 10 mins or more and told me to take a seat I have no idea were they put your information also when I asked for the papers she said you want those too like mam is not your job to provide those papers? Besides that the doctor was a decent man that provided me with what I asked for .Just leaving an honest review of my experience.

Really appreciate the great service! Jessica and Laveneya were very helpful and sweet with my daughter. The lady who took my daughters initial vitals was great as well. Patient and friendly! We hope to never need care again, but if we do, this is where we will go!

This is BEST urgent care I have ever experienced. I have 3 children so we have been to our fair share of clinics. The staff is amazing but the Doctor is incredibly compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable. We don’t even live in Lodi but I will make the drive here every time it is needed.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean. Also, the Dr seemed very knowledgable and I was treated like a person and he took time to talk about the condition. Thats hard to find, it was a good experience.
