Dr Russell O'Connell and his amazing staff were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards my daughter and myself was something I had never experienced. They got my daughter in for an emergency dental appointment within a couple hours of me calling them as a new patient to their office. I love everything about Califon Dental Arts. Excellent dental lab color true to form, very natural. communication with lab techs are excellent; very responsive and professional. Special Shout Out to Lan! He is awesome. very knowledgeable. His willingness to help on any case whether in his dept (Implant) or other, is commendable.

After working with Cal Arts for the past 10 years this review is long past due. Cal Arts has produced hundreds of well fitting emax and Zi crowns for me over the years. Our team has found their team to be excellent.

Sent introductory coupons submitted with case-Does not honor coupons. Very difficult to work with. Never had this experience with any other lab. Will NEVER USE!!! Too many quality labs out there. Don't need to deal with substandard customer service.

Excellent dental lab. Most offices in Menlo Park use California Dental Arts because of their high quality work. They are great communicators for larger cases that require back and forth contact with the lab.
