Cal City Urgent Care

I had a great experience at this clinic. I was greeted warmly when I walked in, and the facility was very clean and organized. The staff were kind, professional, and worked efficiently to get me seen and taken care of in a timely manner. Being in a rural area, I understand provider availability can sometimes vary, but that is absolutely not a reflection of the hardworking staff on site. The team there does an amazing job supporting the community and making sure patients receive quality care Overall, I had a very positive visit and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone local or passing through town.

Don’t bother to visit CalCity Urgent Care next time you need medical care. They only have providers for walk-in’s two days a week and on those days, the provider leaves early. What’s the point of having an Urgent Care if they can’t provide care to patients!!! Unbelievable!!

The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gave me peace of mind. What really stood out is how much effort they put into making kids feel comfortable. Over the course of them being open, I’ve brought my sons in for pink eye checks and even x-rays for my oldest. Each time, the staff went out of their way to reassure them and make the whole situation feel less scary. Their kindness and patience truly made a difference. The customer service here is top-notch, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and family-friendly

On 8/20/25 at 9:00am I was seen for a severe left knee abrasion. The wait time was only 20 minutes. The doctor and the staff were very kind and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend you give this urgent care the opportunity to provide you with excellent care. I’m grateful I did.

Took my daughter in because she hurt her hand. All the staff was amazing. Got in very quickly. Just all around great experience and I would recommend this urgent care. Also very clean & friendly.
