Seriously the trashiest nurses/employees. They close there window and immediately start talking about you. WE CAN HEAR WHAT YOURE SAYING. So have fun sitting for 2 + hours with an appt. Worst service and normal human skills EVER........... have you guys even heard about patient confidentiality?

We just moved to Boron and wanted to find a doctor close to us. We found this clinic on line. This has been the worse experience, my husband and I have ever had at a doctor office. They were very uninformed on medical situations and could not answer questions satisfactorily. They wanted to have my thyroid checked to issue a new prescription, which was obviously the right thing to do; however, they could not do it that day and said I needed to come back the next day at 10:00 A.M. I was there at the appropriate time and the doors were locked. After waiting in my car for about 20 minutes, they put a note on the door that the doctor would not be in until 2:00 P.M. The doctor is not the one that draws blood and since it is over an hour trip to the office, I opted to go back the followi

A hour and 20 mins for a shot. Ridiculous!!! We show up at our scedualed appointment time too see people walk in late and still get taken in front of us, they take way to many breaks right in front of you and will often have a full waiting room now granted the doctor is nice but that's all the office offers the nurses dont have much knowledge on subjects and will often ramble on to cover up there lack of knowledge. I recommend what ever you do dont go to this clinic. The front desk lack manners and will often over speak to a nurse in the room what is wrong with a patient. Hippa must not apply to this location... I won't be back.. Normally I'm a calm relaxed but my cool was starting to be lost at this location

Became a new patient at this location and when I went in to get my physical and shots and blood drawn the nurse asked me to sit on the foot of the wait table (which is unusual because when taking blood they usually have you lay back in case you faint) as she began to stick me to take my blood. As soon as she was done she left the room and I fainted, falling face first into the ground from up off the table. I'm already 6'4 so the fall onto my face cause severe bruising and swelling and I ended up going to Lancaster emergency to get a Catscan since I fell on my face.. I haven't pressed charges yet but after looking at the reviews, and seeing a 2 star rating, I cant help but feel this location just lacks seriously in alot of things.
