Overall Amazing experience! I’m going to get my dental work done here from this point moving forward! When I say hassle free, I mean it! Scheduled the appointment with no problem, even the onboarding process was such an ease! My hygienist was really great, gentle, and thorough. I felt 0 pain; even when she was checking the gum lining with the pick, I believe her name was Brittani! The X-Ray process wasn’t uncomfortable either, my Tech was super knowledgeable. Everyone was welcoming and kind as well. Dr. B was HILARIOUS; and gave lots of great insight on some of the questions I had, I found that he gave thoughtful and informative responses. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Cafall dental care is absolutely amazing, I went in yesterday for the first time and had a pleasant experience with the front desk and all of the staff that helped work on my teeth, I will admit I havnt been to the dentist in over 2 years and they didn’t once make me feel bad about my teeth! Dr. Kelly is super personable and amazing to work with, she goes into detail explaining everything and creates a treatment plan tailored to what you need! I can’t wait to come back in 8 weeks!

I was referred to Caffell Dental by my orthodontist after having my braces removed, with the plan to crown several top teeth. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. From the start, the environment felt unprofessional and unkempt. The exam rooms were dirty and disorganized. During one visit, the dentist burped over me while working, and inappropriate jokes and innuendos were used throughout multiple appointments. It was shocking and deeply uncomfortable. They also charged my insurance for a tooth we didn’t even treat. At no point was I consulted about the color or material of the crowns. When the crowns were placed, they looked awful from the beginning — with visible dark spots — and I had no choice but to wear them as-is on my wedding

I have been going to Caffall Dental for years. They are very efficient staff. I appreciate the 7am appointments, so I don’t miss work. They do great work and the price for cleanings and x-rays is affordable. Hygienist Marie causes me zero pain and Dr Lane is very kind.

The staff is friendly but that doesn’t fix that they don’t stick to the quotes they give you. They are trying to charge me $400 more than the quote so I don’t recommend going there.
