I had been going to this practice for probably 15 years seeing Dr. Lee Hendricks until he retired and sold the practice. He was an excellent dentist!!!! I continued to go to the practice and Dr. Kellogg became my dentist. She did a crown for me and did good work. She attempted to do another crown for me that my partial attached to all the way on the last bottom molor. The crown was made too large which caused me to bite the inside of my cheek repeatedly. She said it was made property and was not interested in doing it over although the biting continued and my partial did not fit correctly and " rocked" back and forth. She said the Lab that made the crown said it was made properly and if they remade it, they would follow the same measurements, as sent by Dr. Kellogg, and make it the same w

I’ve been under the care of both Dr. Hendrix and Dr. Kellogg at Cadence Dental for over 10 years, and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care they provide. From routine cleanings to my children’s wisdom teeth extractions and most recently my own abutment and implant procedure, every experience has been outstanding. Absolute worst customer service experience, these people are predatory, I asked about an emergency root canal over the phone , booked an appointment that day and then was told I would be given a referral to a specialist and an appointment later that week. This is a slayed business that does dentistry on the side.

BEWARE!!! April of this year I had a root canal performed at this location. After the root canal procedure the dentist advised she didn’t like the filling but I should be ok. Now fast forward to December and I have a bacterial infection, went back to this location and they advise this dentist was no longer employed by this company. They also advised this dentist broke the file inside my tooth and never told me, also no filling was put in my root canal. Just a broken file, they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me to come back in March 2023. This is not a place that is keeping their patients informed on their mistakes and really not in a hurry to repair their mistakes. Really think about this, a patient with a broke file and bacteria infection, and they want to wait till Marc

Lora did such an amazing job cleaning my teeth today. She couldn’t have been kinder to me throughout the whole process; start to finish. Would highly recommend Cadence Dental. Also, Nikki and Laura amazing dental assistants were such gems to talk with. GREAT GREAT service!!
