I called multiple times to see when a DME prescription was ready for refill, they informed me it was too soon until mid February, not an issue I know how insurance works. However when I filled the other portion of my prescription they still filled the other portion that was "too soon" I'm on Medicaid and don't have a bunch of extra money to spend. I bought one out of pocket when I didn't need to. They need better training to tell patients when things can actually be filled instead of telling them it's too soon. Not happy at all as DME is expensive and it's a process to get anything DME related.

My favorite pharmacy. The staff is really accommodating and friendly. They always fix my prescription issues.(Prescription not received, need it sent somewhere due to out of town) And they work great with the doctors that send the prescription. Also the text you receive when meds are ready are really helpful.

Yikes! No customer service whatsoever. My doctor put in a prescription August 25th for sensors , it is now September 19th with no progress on said prescription , so I called to try to figure anything out about it and was immediately met with a rude woman named Nancy who said “Waiting five seconds does feel like a long time” Because I wanted to be in the know about MY prescription. In order to get any information you have to call them because their website is poorly optimized, but then you’re an inconvenience when you call. I hope I never have to use them again. EDIT: there is somehow never a manager , supervisor, or member of the HR team at this store . Nancy doesn’t know when any of them will be back or an extension to call. They are a completely unprofessional and sketchy business . 99

Extremely rude staff. Been trying to get a prescription filled for two weeks for my special needs daughter. Was told it was approved and could pick it up on Monday. When I called to see if it was ready now for the second time they told me it was still missing something. Then proceeded to tell me “well I don’t know who you talked to on Friday”. Asked to speak to the manager and she was just as rude. Will not be using them any longer after I get this one.

Good place to stop for some road snacks or groceries. Nice clean restrooms, if passing through.
