Empathetic, kind, caring, and just hands down amazing. How do I give more than 5 stars? I truly cannot say enough positive things about the Byers Clinic and all of its staff. From the front desk (I think it's Charlotte my hero today!!), to nurse to Doc, these women should be imulated by others in their field. I am profoundly impressed. Today was my 2nd visit here in approximately 1 year. They squeezed me in last minute when they didn't have to, right before the weekend. Everywhere in Strasburg had already denied me and pushed me off until next week, even though I was in obvious pain and visibly needed antibiotics... BEFORE THE WEEKEND!!!! I was having a pretty bad day by the time I got there and I was frustrated. I was still somehow fit into the schedule, didn't wait long at all, was treat

They have a great staff. From the front desk, nurses, and the two doctors I got to see. They’re attentive and professional. Very willing to just talk to you about options. Highly recommend!

Love this place!! Never had one bad experience and I’ve been there like 5 times within a 2 week period. Everyone was very kind and respectful. They get me back pretty quick. I had a raging UTI one day and they got me in asap. Charlotte is very kind and I’m not sure why she has bad reviews.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T COME. CHARLOTTE IS THE WORST EMPLOYEE THERE. The front desk girl Charlotte was extremely rude. Denied appointment because I needed an interpreter just because I speak Spanish but I UNDERSTAND and can SPEAK ENGLISH. Refused to see me due to that reason and threatened to call the police because I was trying to make her understand I didn’t need an interpreter because again I understand and speak English. Extremely rude and disgusting behavior, was talking over me and not letting me speak. This is super disgusting behavior and it’s sad because you come here to get checked for your health and you stubble upon this behavior.

To whom this may concern, My Wife took my son and was denied his appointment by the front desk lady (i think her name may be Charlotte) for being 10 minutes late. I understand she needs to do better being on time. I get it. What urks me though, is that my Wife called and advised the clinic that she was going to be late. They told her it was OK and that they would see her in a bit.
