Jeff from the lab is a Blessing! For years I look for him when getting lab work. He has an act for getting the job done. Sometimes I don’t even realize he had a needle in me. I have had some not ideal experiences w IV’s and draws. I am beyond thankful for Jeff’s abilities. love you Jeff! -Cory Elder

If I could give this negative stars.....I would. The ER is ALWAYS full and slow. They don't follow any kind of order for taking patients back to rooms. You WILL find yourself here for HOURS longer than you should have to wait. Just do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY OTHER HOSPITAL!!!! Even Grove City Hospital is faster!! And they barely have anything to treat people for everything. And they'll be nicer about it. Don't even get me started on the bedside manner of the people here.....there's a good few. But mostly rude and inhumane if you ask me. 10/10 NEVER RECOMMENDED!!!!!! RUN!!!!

Waited in the ER with Norovirus for 5+ hours to simply get an excuse because my work wanted me to grab one, I hope everyone else in the lobby also enjoys Norovirus Edit: after waiting so long i opted to just take the hit at work and potentially get reprimanded. Butler Hospital is awesome!

The initial symptoms I went to the ER for were completely ignored. Instead of staying in the room to watch my illness, the nurses kept leaving. Please do not assume everyone coming into the ER is a drug user. It's clear Butler has an opiod problem for sure. I was finally admitted after I continued to violently vomit. The hospital stay itself could have been better, but it could have been worse. The first endoscopic exam they conducted was haphazard. It left me in much worse pain than I initially experienced. I have had this procedure twice in the past, never felt this pain. My IV was incorrectly inserted twice, a total of 3 sites. The medicine was injected into my skin, rather than intravenously. I have a huge lump under my skin where the medicine was injected and it's swollen, sore. IV i

Dr. Muzzi and team, provided excellent preparation and care during and after a scheduled knee replacement surgery,.including taking special steps to avoid her vertigo issue. Thank you, thank you! Unfortunately, we ended up staying longer than expected due to a unrelated issue. The hospital RN, Bryan and the day staff provided great service and care, explained in detail what to expect and how to go about making things go easy for her. Everyone was kind and friendly including the support staff, PT staff, IV checker, the escorts, trainees, cleaners, etc. I would recommend you use this team, because they cared. No really, they do. 🤗
