Butler Creek Animal Hospital

I’ve only been here once and already love them!! My ferret is in the stages of heart failure and his now old vet recommended me to a specialist without giving me time to think about my decision. They told me there’s treatment, but didn’t go over treatment options. His old vet had some red flags that I didn’t like and didn’t communicate well. So I wanted a second opinion and decided to go with butler creek and they were AMAZING! I just went here today but they reviewed his x-rays that his old vet took last week and were able to tell me that he had extra fluids around his heart, which my old vet did not tell me that and they prescribed him medication right away! They were talking to him in little baby voices (which I thought was adorable) and kept saying how cute he was. He even fell asleep

Dr McClintock was able to "squeeze " us in with our boy cat Saturday afternoon, yet she cared and took her time for a thorough exam and tried to get to the root of the problem. No rushing , care was of upmost priority. Thais was the technician that assisted and was wonderful how she worked with us , and cared . We have been patients of Butler Creek Animal Hospital for over 20 Years ...and it is time I wrote a review. Thank you Dr. McClintock, Thank you Thais and everyone at Butler Creek. Our 4 legged "children " have been Dr Jeff Shell's patients for many years and we know they are in good hands at Butler Creek Animal Hospital

Butler Creek always takes such wonderful care of our dogs. We recently went for our 60 lb labradoodle’s annual visit. The vet was great making sure Marley was comfortable with her as she completed her exam. She enjoyed her cookies and cheese and didn’t even notice when she received her shots. I would 100% recommend Butler Creek for your pet’s annual wellness visits!

Dr. Shell is great! He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. His assistant was great as well. I highly recommend. I’m glad I chose them for Luna’s care.

The caring and smart veterinarians at Butler Creek Animal Hospital solved the mysteries of our shih tzu's gurgling stomach and our lab's chronic limping. After trying other vets and spending way too much $$ on things that did not work, the doctors accurately assessed and treated our furry kids and they they are now happy and healthy. Simply amazing vet techs, doctors, and office team. Highly recommend.
