Madison welcomed me and outlined what would be the protocol, Dr. Eric was personable and thorough (great chair-side manner!) and Allie gave me the best cleaning I've had in years. I went to Burns Family Dentistry yesterday and I am so glad I chose this office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was kind, patient, and welcoming. I didn’t feel rushed or ignored at any point. Both times I've been there, I have not even had to sit in the waiting room, they took me right back! The dental assistant (Madison) explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Burns was gentle, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions in a way I could understand. I never felt judged, just cared for. The office was clean, organized, and I really appreciated how they checked on me during the visit to make sure I was okay. My anxiety about going to the dentist was definitely eased after this experience. I highly recommend B

This was my first visit and teeth cleaning & I couldn’t have been more impressed. My exam by Dr. Casey Burns was so thorough and my hygienist Katie was the best experience I’ve had in years. She was so gentle I hardly felt her work yet the end result was a terrific cleaning and no irritation afterwards. She is a gem and guaranteed I will be scheduling her every 6 months. My husband has also gone to Katie and echoes my high praise of her professionalism and thoroughness.

I love this place, which is crazy because I hate the dentist! Katie is so kind and gentle & does a very thorough but painless cleaning. Both Dr. Casey and Dr. Eric take time to talk with you about your teeth and explain any issues. All of the staff are friendly and helpful.
