Dr. Chen and Holly at the burn clinic have been absolutely fantastic to our family. We have received great support during our time here.

I would stay away from this office. They are not upfront about their charges. I was informed that I would only need to pay co-pay. At no point I was told that NP I would see works for another independent doctor and that I would be responsible for "facility fee". I was basically asked to pay two different charges for minor burn. They should be upfront that you'll need to pay two different entities and as a result separate insurance deductible could apply.

AMAZING BURN TEAM!!! My name is manpreet Kaur. I got a third-degree burn in May 2022(it was a bad burn that covered a lot of my body). I got transferred from the local hospital to the Cooperman burn center. I can't forget that pain, and I still remember the relief I got as soon as I was in a tent room from the ambulance. The next day, I realized how bad my burn was with a large surface area. I was under the care of Dr song, Dr lee, Dr. Marano, and NPs. I can say I got the best care possible from them. I was in hospital for a month and followed up with them for more than a year. The burn team is phenomenal. I received extraordinary care. Words can don’t describe how amazing the burn team is ! From the doctors to all the nurses! Each and every day they took amazing care of my father for 4 1/2 months! Their compassionate attention and professional care saved my fathers life . Thank you for your caring, your commitment to your jobs, and for your sacrifices. Please know that you are appreciated. I can't say enough good things about this facility! Hopefully you never need a burn center, but if you do, this is the place to go. The whole process was extremely organized; All instructions were written out in detail. Any question I would have had was in the instructions, which made our extremely stressful situation so much easier. It seemed like a busy facility but everyone was still very attentive and calm. The staff (admin, burn techs and the provider) seemed to all truly care about their patients. Dr. Marano was great and took his time answering all of my questions. Great facility all around!
