Burke County Health Department

Horrible experience! Rude and Judgmental nurses and staff. Pushes what they want you to do onto you, no matter how you feel. I had an appt at 1 and only got to leave at 4!!! You can tell that majority of the staff that work there do not care and are very disrespectful to patients. I do not recommend coming here.

Every time I called to schedule Burke Primary was on point with scheduling and once I arrived they were very prompt and professional. Also I received my results in a timely manner. Maybe the ones giving such a bad rating should try to understand the strain and stress everyone including medical staff are under. We need to support each other. Thanks Burke Primary Care. Shout out to all who are working at the school and handling the vaccinations. You are all fantastic and very organized. My sister and I took my mother and they were very professional and understanding. As someone in the medical field I know how hard all of this has been. I see you and you are doing a great job! Thank you for all you do.

The 2 ladys at the desk ( right corner ) were rude, impatient and unhelpful. Tried to turn in an application. When the first lady glanced over the application she told her coworker to look at a certain part of the application. They just started yelling "everyone in that household needs to be checked as yes if there applying for benefits" handing me back the application. Not even stating what needs to be checked "Yes", where it is on the application and which one did I miss. I asked which number was that or where at on the application and they just reply with the same answer. They kept repeatedly saying same answer the whole time I was searching. (probably over 10 times) I eventually found where I missed a box but they could of just told me "oh you miss "THIS" box" instead of having me

I was early to my appointment, was forced to wait in the reception area for an hour, and let's not forget the two other people who came after me with appointments scheduled AFTER mine... I was finally seen. Wow... typical Burke County Bull.
