Burgio's Pharmacy

I’ve never been able to understand why anyone gets their medications filled at the big box pharmacies. No matter where I live I find the small local pharmacy with the great reputation and remain steadfastly loyal to these true heroes on the ground. They care, they exist to help their customers, they’re a friendly face even in dark times. Burgios Pharmacy in Totowa is this friendly, knowledgeable face that genuinely cares about the health of their customers. I would never go to a big box pharmacy. Now that I have been a customer of Burgios for over a year I’ll never go to any other small box pharmacy. Every person and each of the pharmacists I’ve encountered at Burgios are kind, friendly, knowledgeable. They care, they really try. Customer service at its absolute best.

This is the most amazing pharmacy and amazing staff I’ve ever worked with to take care of level ones. Going as far back as my mother who died more than 17 years ago and now my aunt who is struggling, they deliver meds right to the house which is really important as loved ones are 45 minutes to an hour away. I’ve never known in pharmacy to do that. They’ve done it for decades. Besides that every time I call or go in there the kindest people -staff and pharmacist

This pharmacy always tends to my prescriptions in a quick and efficient manner. Every time I call , whoever is there goes above and beyond to fix any issues and answer all of my questions. This is definitely my go to local pharmacy and will not be going back to CVS.

This is a bright..clean..drugstore with beautiful gifts and specialty items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt confident getting my Covid shot here because from the start I saw how capable and professional they were. It was a pleasure to experience something other than the big chains. Burgio's has a lot to offer the community.

Worst unprofessional pharmacy u can go to. Unless u want to be made fun of for picking up ur medication come here the little girl sara in the back likes to make fun of patients and call them crack heads for being sick. I heard her making fun of someone calling to ask for a specific medication to the pharmacist when I went in infront of my face Obviously they’re going to deny that but they have cameras and u guys know who I am so u can pull up the exact date I walked in and check for yourselves if u don’t recall that happening. I also have family who works there and I didn’t want them knowing my information or anything going on with me and the pharmacist went against HIPAA and told her my information and what medication I was prescribed because were “related” and got her involved.
