Buford Street Drug Store

I changed from CVS to this pharmacy because it is local. I made a mistake. I have had 2 separate Rx's called in and neither was in stock. Not a problem, happy to wait since it wasn't a time sensitive medication. When I asked the pharmacist when they expect their stock or she said maybe call around and find another pharmacy. I said "you prefer I find another pharmacy's as opposed to buying from you?". She said "yes" hard to get the medicine and it's often on back order. I never had a problem with back orders prior to changing to Buford Street. She was dismissive to me as a patient who is CHOOSING to support a local business and 100 % unhelpful. Honestly a shame but I'll have to discontinue my support unless the pharmacist is willing to reach out with proper medical care assistance as it p

This place is a joke and the dark hair lady is very disrespectful!! They'll tell you one thing and do another. My mother as stage 4 cancer. They'll tell her they filling her meds then whe. She gets there, they always seems to be a problem!! They need to do better!

I absolutely love this pharmacy! After moving from a place that my only options were the big chain stores like Walgreen, CVS etc... This store is just a dream come true! No more long drive through lines. My medications are always ready when they say the will be, and they always do their best to make sure I leave with a smile on my face. Such a friendly and happy crew. Not to mention, I love going into the store to browse through the fresh foods and canned goods! <3 If you happen to be self-pay, they can be a little pricey, but just a little more then the big chain pharmacies. I would much rather go in this store then spend the extra money in gas sitting for an hour in a line at the other stores, only to find out that they never finished filling your prescription, "so please drive around!

The best in the upstate. Always kind and helpful. Brad and his team always go over and beyond to assist me. And they make positive impacts in our community. At Walgreens and CVS, you’re just a number. At Buford Street Pharmacy, you’re family. Like I said, they are the best.

I've read some of the other reviews here & I cant think of much to add! GREAT PLACE FOR YOU MEDICAL NEEDS, SUGGESTIONS, ADVICE, ETC! I would, AND HAVE, recommended them by far over Walgreens, CVS, Walmart or any other! I cant for yhe life of me see how those chains got, or get, the notoriety they do
