Buffalo Urgent Care

I had just arrived in Buffalo on a Friday and needed an Urgent Care for flu-like symptoms. I arrived at The clinic after 5pm on a Friday afternoon and the staff and doc took great care of me. They were attentive, thorough, and communicated all the info in a clear way. I was prescribed the medications I needed and felt better by the next day. So thankful this urgent care was open and that the staff were so great! The clinic has a comfortable waiting room with refreshments, comfy seating and toys for my children. I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Very patient and understanding with sensory needs of children. Highly recommend.

Angela did awsome when I came in late to do a pre-employment drug screening. They were kind friendly and awsome

The lady behind the front desk had blond hair a lot of wrinkles was very rude. I would hope for more of an educated approach from professional like her instead of a 5 year old approach. Thanks anyways & respectfully

Be careful about them telling you that they accept United Healthcare. They don’t. Their website says they do and if you call them they tell you it is accepted. Got billed almost a year later due to “out of network” for a routine urgent care visit due to an ear ache. Other than having to pay fully out of pocket, (which they reduced, thankfully) I received excellent and friendly care.
