Absolutely loved the staff, quality and professionalism of the doctors a b.spectacled. I was looking for a doctor for my 10 year old son and was able to book an appointment for myself as well. So convenient! We got our first pair of glasses for my son and they were so helpful. The location is PERFECT right in the heart of downtown Alpharetta. This is my new family practice for sure!

B Spectacled has excellent eye care, customer service, and frame selection. I consider myself a customer for life. Dr. Boyd is an amazing optometrist. He helped navigate me through some serious prescriptions and eventually cataracts! He is highly knowledgeable, well-spoken, professional, calming, and is always careful to educate me about what is happening with my eyes and vision. Even the staff at my ophthalmologist's office was singing his praises. You could not ask for a better optometrist. And their large selection of frames is superb: high quality and stylish. They are a VSP insurance partner and I always get a good value on my remaining out-of-pocket costs. The staff is attentive and thoughtful in curating frames from their selection to fit the style I like.

I had an amazing experience at b.spectacled this afternoon. Dr. Boyd was fantastic! He was very thorough with my exam and answered all of my questions. They have an amazing selection of frames - I found the exact ones I wanted that I had viewed online prior to my visit. I highly recommend coming here, as the service is top tier! The lady at the front desk likes to argue with customers. They sent me a text "your item is ready to be picked up". 4 days later I walk all the way to their shop and the lady at the front desk says there is nothing for me. Then a few minutes later she finds it in the side room. She is not aware of what has been delivered to them. The Dr. that tests your vision and documents your prescription is a pro. He's good. He is the only reason I would go back.
