First off, as a profession, I have tremendous respect for medical professionals. As a parent of medically complex child, I have spent the last 12 years in major hospitals all over the country from MSKCC in NYC to Medstar Georgetown in DC to Penn and CHOP in Philly for care for my family. Doctors and nurses have become like friends and family. I've seen good. And I've seen bad. I see hospital errors as teaching moments but I also recognize that how you talk to someone is essentially customer service. And pediatrics and adults are vastly different. In pediatrics the parents and doctors work together for the betterment of the child. I want to begin by expressing my respect and appreciation for the nurses and doctors who dedicate themselves to caring for patients. I understand the demands of this profession and the compassion it requires. Many of your staff exemplify these values, and I am grateful for those who cared for my sister with professionalism and empathy. Unfortunately, this was not the case with all members of your team during our most recent visit. On Saturday, December 13, 2025, my sister and I returned to the Emergency Room—just one day after her discharge—due to serious health concerns. I was on vacation is usa and had my son there,whatever I say is not enough,I will never forget the blonde nurse welcome us in the room ,she was always by my side and of course the midwife they both helped me so much to deliver my baby!!Thank you so much everyone for the care you give to us We really appreciate it!!!!A hospital with very clean rooms,very friendly staff with excellent services ,nice quality of food with a lots of options for meals ( diabetes,diet,normal menus) . I had my daughter here in 2024! She was born at 33 weeks & I was stationed in the hospital for a month until a had her! I just want to say Dr. hersch & Dr. Halpern are the best doctors! Though they are no longer there I had the best experience my daughter had amazing Nicu nurses! My daughter was greatly taken care of no complaints no problems if I had another baby BRYN MAWR HOSPITAL IS THE ONLY ONE ILL ATTEND!

I had my daughter at Bryn Mawr Hospital in 2024! She was born at 33 weeks, and I stayed in the hospital for a month until her arrival. I can’t say enough about Dr. Hersch and Dr. Halpern—they are truly the best! Even though they’re no longer there, my experience was amazing. The NICU nurses took incredible care of my daughter, and everything went smoothly with no issues. If I have another baby, Bryn Mawr Hospital will be my only choice!
