I have known Dr. Chen since 2012, when I moved to this area and was in need of a specialist who could treat my fallen arch issues. He has always been very patient and works with you to understand the whole situation and present treatment options. In my case, a minor outpatient surgery was the best option and I’ve been pleased with the outcome. Most recently (December 2023), my 11-year-old son was also diagnosed with fallen arches (inherited from me). After exploring the treatment options, we elected to perform the same surgery I had years ago. Dr. Chen was great with my son, speaking directly to him about what he was experiencing and explaining exactly what to expect before and after the surgery. He takes the time to answer any and all questions to make sure you are comfortable with

I wish I could give a higher rating, but unfortunately my visits here were very expensive with no positive outcome. The staff here is very nice, and they were upfront from the start about being unsure of how to treat my condition. Which, I would have been fine with. In fact, I appreciated their candidness! But it was only months after the fact that I learned that each visit, some of which were only a 10 minute check up with no progress, cost over $70. At this point, I have paid hundreds of dollars on top of the physical therapy that I needed as a result of my treatment here. It makes me very sad to give a negative rating but other patients should know that visits here are very expensive, no matter how short they are.

I am a new patient and my visit could not have been better. The ladies at the front desk and the medical assistant were wonderful. I experienced what I think was a panic attack for the very first time here and everyone was so helpful and great. It was embarrassing but everyone made me feel comfortable. Dr. Chen was very thorough and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my decision on coming here.

I had appointment with Dr Abbasi at this office he is a great doctor and very knowledgeable helpful person.
