Bryn Mawr Foot and Ankle Center

Rude office staff plays loud, intrusive pop music “for our patients” in the waiting room. We were the only patient and kept asking for it to be turned down or off. Kind of nuts to run a business and to basically tell your paying clients to spin. The physician we saw (Dr Chen) is spectacular. Thoughtful, helpful, kind, and personable.

My brother had a stroke back in April, he complained about foot pain. He was not referred to this practice but I chose this one. Upon arrival found that they had their own lot with plenty of parking. They have an accessible entrance from the parking lot. The receptionist greeted us and was very pleasant to deal with. Handed me a large tablet to type in his info. The keyboard is large keys and extremely easy to fill out. The tech took us back to the exam room a few minutes before our appointment time and was kind, funny but so efficient preparing notes for the Doctor. Very shortly after that Dr. Chen came in and was very pleasant and informative. He explained many options to us including and x-rays which can be done on site. My brother and I feel very comfortable and confident with Dr. Chen

Dr. Chen took time explain everything from potential cause to gold standard treatment, and what to anticipate during the process. He was thorough in providing education which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Chen and his staff are professional and customer/patient oriented. I would definitely recommend the practice to others!

Very thoughtful, zen-like approach with modern med advice and knowledge. Dr Chen is Very personal and caring. Office staff are very sweet. I’ve been to about 10 foot docs, and I now only chose Dr Chen.

I like this place, Dr. Chen is very educated always super nice, friendly & honest plus I'm more confident in my feet, because of him! Parking is tight literally, and some times the student/resident or training staff be a little frustrating to deal with with but the regular employees are always pleasant and helpful!
