We were referred by our Dentist to come here to have my boy’s wisdom teeth removed. It was a little difficult to get in contact with the person in charge but once we started communicating with Kayla (I think that’s her name) we got our appointment scheduled for consultation. When it came time for the consultation I was very pleased with how nice the office looked. The staff was friendly and we met the doctor who was very polite and explained the procedure. We were able to get a spot the following week. The day of surgery the doctor was very attentive and gave us a call later in the day to make sure my son was doing good. My son recovered without any complications and we are very happy with the overall experience.

My dentist gave me a referral to another place but they were out of network for my insurance. I decided to try Brush and Floss since it was in network. I’ve been trying to make an appointment at this place for 3 weeks. Every time I call they tell me they’ll call me back the next day but they don’t call back. I finally got a call back but missed the call. I got a voice mail and tried calling back immediately but no one answered. Left another message. Got a text back from Kayla asking for more information. I replied immediately asking what she needed. She texted back an hour and a half later asking for the referral that I had already sent in an email. I sent the referral through text and asked if she needed me to scan it and send it over if the picture wasn’t okay. It’s been 4 days and stil

Had a amazing experience today at Brush and Floss. From being greeted by reception to being taking care of by Dr Temple and his first class team I was treated like family. I highly recommend this Dental Specialty Establishment.
