Bruce Sung ho Choi, LMT

Bruce is an amazing massage therapist. His work has helped me tremendously as a cyclist and runner. He applies the perfect amount of pressure and intuitively locates all of the tight spots.

Bruce is amazing! He is an athlete and can relate to other athletes which is why I started going to him regularly. He has many years of experience that translate to knowing the right massage that works best for the individual . This has made a big difference in how I feel!

When the cortisone shots failed to provide relief my orthopedic specialist recommed a "Medical Massage" before trying Stem Cells. I was very apprehensive but thought, a massage couldn't hurt. After the 2nd session I experienced major relief. After the 3rd session I was almost fully recovered. For me Bruce is like a miracle worker. I cannot adequately express in words how much he did to improve my quality of life. I've had countless massage sessions in my life; what Bruce does is not that, his therapies are a totally different element on a totally different level. Bruce is highly knowledgeable and takes pride in his craft. I had a deep tissue massage to work out the knots in my muscles and I am so pleased and grateful for the time he spent on my body. I will be back on a regular basis to continue the work needed to keep my muscles free if strain. The relief I feel is incredible.

So I started going to Bruce about 2 weeks ago. I was having some issues with my neck with added headaches and I wanted to start running again to be more active. I didnt think my body was that out of shape or "messed-up" but as Bruce started to work on me I found I had a lot of issues that were causing my knees to be in so much pain. With just the 4 visits I have had so far I feel so relieved. My knee doesn't hurt as much where I can actually run again. My headaches are gone and my stress/tension is almost nonexistent. I am so thankful. He educates you and tells you what he is working on and why certain areas cause certain pains and shows you how to relieve the tension as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Cant wait for my next visit.
