Bruce J Keenan OD

My experience with bruce & his office has already been extremely unprofessional. i’ve tried to call the office several times the last week and no answer. I tried to call to schedule an appt at 4 on monday and no one answered the phone. I went to the office & seemed the staff had already left. they’re supposed to open until 5, I arrived at 4:45.. I would recommend anywhere but here - I have never had this many issues just to set up an appointment.

I am very pleased! Fast, but thorough. My first prescription didn’t come in quite right, and they were happy to fix it. I had a perfect, new pair of glasses in under a week! A great selection of glasses with a friendly staff who were patient with me when I took way too long looking for the perfect pair :)

Dr. Keenan and his staff couldn’t be more personable or professional. My appointment was handling in a timely manner. The staff was courteous and clear in the explanation of their part of the exam. Dr. Keenan was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, clear about my examination and the results. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Keenan was great! From the moment I walked into his office everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Keenan and his staff worked quickly and precisely assessing my vision issue. Also, to top it off, about a week after my appointment, once my glasses were ready for pick up, I arrived late to get them due to an accident but Dr. Keenan was nice enough to open his business back up for me and give me my prescription glasses. I'm very glad he did too because I didn't realize how bad my vision was....

My parents have seen Dr. Keenan for years and they recommended me to see him as well. I was just seen for my annual eye exam and was very impressed! I didn’t wait in the reception area for very long, the assistant was very nice and personable, and Dr. Keenan always takes his time to do the exam and explain his findings. I also think it’s impressive that he walks his patients out to the checkout counter. I have never been to a doctor’s office that does that!
