Brown, Reynolds, Snow, LeNoir Dentistry

The sub level of post care from dentist Snow has left me in pain without any recourse. My procedure happened on October 30th and I was sent home with no post care instructions, just a remark by the assistant that I should be good to eat and feel all numbness go in 2-3 hours. I had to go back with days as the bite was painful even with drinking water. I am no dentist and can not self treat. I had to go back 2 second time with a week and the dentist waving his hands in the air simply said, he can't do anything!!! When I voice my frustration. He refused me any further treatment and said I could go see a different dentist. I followed a medical practitioner's advise to preventive care and am now left with pain and suffering, neither of which I had, had gone to his office for a free dental clea

I had a great experience at BRSL. This was my first visit to the office and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr. LeNoir was very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the details of my whitening treatment. Overall, great practice and would recommend to anyone looking for dental services.

I have been a patient of BRSL Dentistry off/on since 2008, & have returned to it twice after seeing other providers. (Only reason I went to other providers was for insurance coverage, and I switched carriers to return to BRSL!) I was seen in January for an emergency crown detachment after being out of state for 4 years. The entire staff was welcoming and Dr. Brown was so engaging. A quick Google search for emergency dental sent me to BRSL…now I am three visits later and so glad to have found them! I have a fair amount of anxiety with dental visits and Dr. McConnel has done a wonderful job of putting me at ease. He’s very good at explaining what he’s doing and checking to make sure I’m doing okay along the way. Shout out to Toni (sp?) as well for her kindness! From check-in to checkout, everyone is welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!
