My partner has had migraines for most of their life and has been on medication managing them. This office stopped prescribing until they could bring them in for a follow up appointment (not required by our insurance) but the next appointment isn't for another 7 months. Now my partner is in severe pain and will have to restart their med program because of lackadaisical scheduling and a complete lack of empathy for pain management. This is a historical problem, especially for marginalized, AFAB individuals and it's infuriating and negligent that it's happening.

Criminal billing practices - should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Have received payment notices even though they have a credit card on file. I then proceeded to call them during business hours time and time again for MONTHS and do not receive any call back to make the tiny $20 payment. Now I receive a letter of Final Notice threatening to send my $20 bill to collections even though I have tried to be in contact for months, tried contacting multiple office locations, and have not ever had the staff pick up the phone or call me back. Having to resort to posting here because of how bad an experience this has been and hopefully it will motivate them to finally contact me to make the payment.

Dr. Gary Johnson is the best doctor I have ever seen. I never feel rushed or brushed off. He takes the time to collaborate with his patients and make sure they understand the health care plan and are on board, as well as what alternative options are available. I am glad I decided to come here and I look forward to exploring my treatment options!

Billing after is awful to work with. They will bill you for things you have previously paid when you try to get ahold of them no one answers the phone or calls you back. Has happened multiple times.

We've had wonderful experiences here with both Dr. Johnson and Dr. Spears. Both have helped my wife on her journey to better understanding her Migraines.
