Heritage Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

My father spent close to a year at Heritage Hills, for his end of life/hospice care. The DR's predicted that he had only a few days left, but Heritage Hills kept him comfortable, well taken care of, and healthy for almost a year. I was a daily visitor, so I got to know most of the staff and was able to monitor his care. The nursing team are sincere and caring, the activities team is always doing something fun to engage the residents, the front desk staff are friendly, and the new management team brought in about 6 months ago are very hands on and engaging with family and the residents. Heritage Hills Rehab was an excellent choice for my father's transition from hospital to home after his illness. From the minute he entered the facility to his upcoming discharge home, he has had nothing but excellent, compassionate and caring staff, nurses, therapist and administrative people supporting his needs to facilitate his return to home. The place is not fancy, but extremely clean with supportive staff available to assist him any way they could physically, mentally and emotionally. The social worker and business office staff were exceptional to teach and guide through issues that seemed very overwhelming at times. The atmosphere in the facility is very welcoming and family oriented which helps to promote a comfortable setting for someone in rehab. I highly recommend this facility

My brother has been there 7 days now and each day I can see an improvement in his outlook at getting back home sooner than I was thinking he would. I praise the therapist department because he is doing exercises in his room when I visit. I have encouraged him to keep doing that. Also when he has called for something the nurses or help has answered quickly.

Heritage Hills rehab is an amazing place, they have been super with my family, very nice very accommodating. Very high ratings I give them they go above and beyond I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my brother.
