Disappointing experience. Waited for 30 minutes in the main waiting room and then over an hour to be seen by the Dr. without anyone communicating anything to me. Having previously worked in a Doctors office I know how busy they can get but that’s no reason to leave patients sitting there. The technician who administered the X-ray was not friendly at all and quite mechanical. Thought they forgot me but after popping my head out to inquire how much longer the tech said the Dr would again be in ‘shortly’. Their overall communication is quite poor. Made the appointment several weeks out and the day of the appointment while waiting there they check my insurance after previously calling me two times before to verify. This took 30 minutes plus another hour in the little room waiting to actual

Went to see Dr Taylor twice and both times I felt rushed. I probably received about 5-10 mins max with Dr Taylor. Before I get a chance to finish asking my 1st question, he was already on his way out of the room. The answers he gave made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. The nurses at the front desk was also of no help. It was clear that there were no communications between doctor and nurses as they appear to not understand what I was explaining to them. They were more concerned with talk among themselves and chatting instead of listening. I would not recommend this location.

This is by far THE WORST experience that I have EVER encountered!!!!!!!!!!! I came to see the doctor on Monday May 15, 2023, because I was experiencing knee pains. I later had to come back in on Friday May 19, 2023, because the pain had worsen. I saw Dr. Worth both times. The day I came in on May 19, 2023 Gabby was at the front windows checking in the patients, who was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNSYMPATHETIC by the way! She didn’t greet me, and just had a very NASTY attitude for no apparent reason! As I was leaving Dr. Worth office, Yvon was checking me out and I asked Yvon what was the name of the young lady who was checking in patients that same week on this last Monday ( May 15). Gabby felt the need to turn around almost getting out of her chair. Rolled her eyes, and her neck and yelled out

I had an appointment at this office last week. I spent close to one hour there, had 2 x-rays taken and Dr. Kevin McCarthy, M.D. literally gave me 2 minutes of his time. He looked at my injury (never pulled up the x-rays) then gave me two options a shot or a splint (never telling me what my injury was), I choose the splint figuring he would come back to put it on, which he did not. I left there with an overcharged splint which was to be billed to my insurance company, no diagnosis and no information on how long it would take for my finger to heal. Not being satisfied with the visit, the next day at 8:30 AM I called to speak to the office manager and was told she would be in shortly. This office obviously does not care about their patients as I NEVER received a call back from her.
