Broulim's Pharmacy

I spoke on the phone with a technician, I believe his name was Paul. I needed help with getting to know the status of a prescription sent in outside of pharmacy hours. He took my insurance information and was able to locate the prescription I was looking for. Very friendly and helpful!

Just spoke on the phone with Kelly, and she went above and beyond to help me out. She was kind, patient, and offered me helpful insight on what to do to make the process the easiest it can be! She saved me so much time, and I was so grateful to speak with someone who was able to explain things so clearly and charismatically.

Always helped and asked if I need anything else, I take muscle relaxers that make me sleepy so sometimes I'm kinda slow and they are always patient and help me figure it out. The drive through is great so I don't have to take my kid out of the carseat.

I’m sorry to post this review but enough is enough. Broulim’s Pharmacy has been such a pain to work with. The only pro of this establishment is its location on Main Street. The con of poor reliability is the reason I’m posting this review. I’ve been going to Broulim’s pharmacy for the past 4 years. For the first 3 years everything seemed to be okay. But this past year my monthly refills have hardly ever been filled when they promise to fill them. Just yesterday I called in a fill request at 12 pm. They said it would be done in less than an hour. I drove up to the window at 4 pm to pick up my prescription, only to find out that it wasn’t even next in the queue… They said that the pharmacist still needed to look over everything.
