I needed a long-term nursing home for my mom. This facility is very clean and state of the art. The staff is very professional and caring. Dania Landaverde, the Director of Admissions was my first contact with the facility, and she is very professional and caring as to my mom's needs. Yomaly Micu, the Business Manager is also very professional and helpful with any questions and concerns. Millie Ortiz, in Social Services reached out to me with interest in my mom. The nurses, Clara and Joy on the 5th floor are very kind towards my mom and to me when I visit. The whole team makes you feel at home. I recommend this facility to anyone needing long-term care for their loved one. Thank you all!

I want to recognize the staff on 5N. They were always professional and caring. I was a patient with multiple admissions between 2024 and 2025, and everyone there from Nursing, to Therapy, to Housekeeping, made my days pleasant and comfortable.

The staff,especially 5 North were awesome!! Friendly,caring,and compassionate...from housekeeping to the higher ups..were nothing short of oerfection! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

This place is fun try to involve no only residents also the staff.
