I can’t begin to brag enough about broomall pediatrics. The staff is so accomadating, friendly, calm. They are willing to go out of their way to make sure you and your child are Comfortable. And I can never say enough good things about Lauren the hygienist, we went from temper tantrums to looking forward to going! She changed his whole entire attitude and deserves to be celebrated for how well she treats children and how good she does her job. We’re so grateful to have such a great dentist and staff and especially hygienist!! Beyond highly recommend and thanks for all you do ❤️

Would leave 20 stars if I could. My son has autism and is extremely difficult with almost every doctor/dentist visit. He’s aggressive and doesn’t like to be touched, loud noises or anything that comes with a dentist apt for that matter lol. We dread the nightmare of just a simple cleaning but they are beyond AWESOME with him. They had extra people in the room, (I think 5 🤣) and were ready for him as soon as we walked in. Everyone in the room was patient and kind and informed us of everything they were doing the whole time. In His ten years of life we’ve never had 1. A successful cleaning and 2. People in the room that didn’t make us all feel like a pain in the ass. I really can’t thank them enough. Everyone in the building is so pleasant even with a child that screams on volume 1000. Love

Horrible communication between the employees and each other and the office and the patients but they’re quick to bill you even when they don’t perform their responsibilities. You’ll have one receptionist tell you one thing the other tell you another and then on top of everything their business phone number comes up as a spam number and then they have an automated recording that leaves messages so you don’t know that that’s their number. They don’t seem to try to work with you as a patient or the parent when it comes to scheduling or anything else. I’m paying cash out-of-pocket for braces and they’re playing games with the process. Had my child take off of school twice only to tell her both times they have to delay it again for something stupid. They contradict themselves constantly too.

The experience here was amazing. The doctors were so nice and kept my son so calm during his extraction. The constant talking him through everything kept him very aware of what was going on and that helped. Loved this place and would highly recommend.

If I could give zero I would. They billed my insurance for services that were not done. Then lied and said I was the In the room when I was in the waiting room the entire time. Had I been in the room my child wouldn’t have been so upset. I told them to look back at camera footage to prove I was in the waiting room but of course they can’t. Not only do they not document correctly they also lack in customer service. They also bill me for fluoride every time I go when I tell them my insurance only covers it once a year. Their billing manager is rude and just keep telling me that what I was saying is here say. Avoid this place at all costs
