Brookshire's Pharmacy

Pharmacy is horrible, they must order the medicine no matter what drug it is. Pharmacist assistances ignore patients, long lines no matter the time of day and all of them have a flippant nasty attitude like the customers are cutting into their day. Have waited 7 days on a prescription called in from our doctor because they lost it, then it had been ordered, then it had to be reviewed. The worst pharmacy in Louisiana. You will love being ignored by the pharmacy. It Sucks!!

Since changing to Walgreens the customer service is not the same. They are not friendly, I don't get a text when my order is ready, and they couldn't be any slower at the drive thru. Will be switching to a diff pharmacy!

Ever since they switched over to Walgreens, almost everytime I call, they pick up the phone and then they hang up. Very irritating and bad for business. Loved Brookshires Pharmacy before. It was wonderful. It wasn't broke, not sure why they tried to fix it. It sucks now.

Beats even Walmart prices; accepts Goodrx discounts, never thought this grocery store would be so affordable! But when I learned they saved me $25 on my prescription compared to Walmart, I was shocked. Now I get all my prescriptions filled here. I don’t have insurance, so I pay out of pocket. This is the place to go!! Use Goodrx!

I don't know much about the pharmacy, but the grocery store part is awesome. I have grown to know the working people there, like family in a way. They have always been so helpful. I like the frozen meals alot.
