Brookshire's Pharmacy

We've never had an issue, been using them for years - more like decades. They do get busy at times, tho ! For the most part, our visits have been painless.

I would have left 0 stars if possible. The service is terrible 99 times out of 100. My wife went up there twice for my sons medication.on the second trip she was told to wait 20minutes and they would have it ready. After waiting and a line growing a country mile they told her to go to the end of the line and wait again for her prescription. Terrible service like this is way many places close their doors. We will be switching pharmacies and will no longer shop Brookshires. The pharmacist, Karen, is the only good thing this store has to offer.

BEST pharmacy I have ever had a prescription filled at ! All the ladies working there and the pharmacist know me by name and get my prescription ready without me having to say anything to them . But I always say Good morning or whatever is appropriate and am greeted by them very nicely .All drug stores should be like this one !! The store I'm talking about is on Pines Road .

Pharmacy skinny young girl, rude, zero customer service, not to just one person but to all she checks out. If i have to i will reveal name and her ID. She was the same one who was extremely rude to my 84 year old mother just a week prior. We as a family will no longer be using Brookshires pharmacy nor grocery shopping. Rudeness by one employee killed family that spends 250 a week or more to move on!

Best pharmacy in Shreveport The employees at this particular location are always polite,courteous,attentive,and happy to assist the customer anyway possibly.This is the only pharmacy I've used for about 3 years now due to the exceptional customer care.You just don't find this level of service anymore.
